At Divine Restraint, every order is handled with care and precision. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
During new drops or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly

Once your order is prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

United States

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Destination
Package weight
Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or building management
Contacting the carrier directly

Divine Restraint is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Photos of the issue (if applicable)

PREORDERS & LIMITED DROPS

For preorders or limited releases:

Shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise noted
